Renita is not what you'd typically imagine as the leader of a large rollforming business. She's young, female, Fijian, has strong religious beliefs and is passionate about dog rescue!
But she is also brave and driven. Confronting the cultural bias of being a young female in leadership within Fiji, and breaking the mold of how people expect her to lead. She's embraced the unconventional, and chosen to be her authentic and value-based self.
And now, her resilience and 'diversity of thought' is starting to shine through. The figures are starting to quell her greatest critiques, and the results are changing mindsets across her business for the better.
